Music playing when receive a call from a blocked number

[AC Question]

My Samsung Note 2 phone starts to blast the same song whenever it receives a call from a blocked number. I deleted the music playlist, but the problem persists. Can anyone help me fix this problem? I have also deleted the cache, but that is not fixing the problem.
