music switching tracks or restarting in car

When listening to music in the car, the track with either repeat or switch to the next song. This happens with both Bluetooth and Android Auto. I figured it has to do with Soli since the phone is face up in the compartment below the dash. I fixed it by placing a business card over the sensor when in the car.

Although the business card trick works, I wonder if anybody else has had this issue. I would play with the sensitivity setting--assuming it has one--but the hand gestures work very well for me and I don't want to mess with it.

Another good example of the problems that can arise from all this gesture stuff. There is also the other user who reports that his radar detector keeps firing every time he gets a little to close to the phone's sensor array.
