Music to stay paused after call?

At work I sometimes listen to music on my phone through external speakers. When I get a call, the music pauses and I unplug the speakers. When I hang yup, the music automatically resumes and its blasting out of the phone speaker. Is there a way to set the phone so that the music stays paused after a call and will resume when I unpause it?

I tried looking for this feature but couldn't find it. This is an issue with both the default music player and the winamp player.

Just to let you know "Double twist" doesn't have this feature either.
