Hello:

I just switched back to Android from iPhone and I'm trying to move my music library onto my new phone. I plugged my Android 13 into my computer, but there's no folder for music. What do I do? Thanks in advance.

On my P8P it's called audio , open your file explorer on the device and make sure. Also in usb settings make sure it's not set to midi or charge. It should be set to file transfer or some iteration of that.

I would note that in the Files app, "Audio" is actually a category, not the name of the directory. Any music or sound file will show up in the Audio category regardless of the directory it's in. The name of the default directory in Android for music files is /Music (which you can find in the Files app by scrolling down to the Storage Devices section and tapping Internal Storage -- that allows you to freely explore the user-accessible directory structure.

I would also add that if you're not averse to streaming your music online, then I strongly recommend uploading your entire music library to your YouTube Music library in the cloud: https://support.google.com/youtubemusic/answer/9716522?hl=en. Then you can enjoy it on any device that's logged into the same Google account, and is connected to the web.
