Music ?

First let me say I am new to the forum and it is full of great info. I have also searched to see if my answer was already here (which I am sure it is) but didn't find it.

I have quite a bit of music on my SD card but when I go to my stock music player it does not show up. How can I get my player to recognize what is on the SD card. Running 2.1 that I downloaded two weeks ago, but the music was gone before that.

what folder is it in? mine is in "Music"

Like which folder on the SD card? I will have to put it in the computer to check. Is there a way to look at what is on your card from the phone? Man this thing is frustrating.

You can look at what is on your card from within your Hero by installing "Astro File Manger". It's kinda like a windows explorer for your phone...
