So my TP and dock from Best Buy should arrive either tomorrow or Monday. I've already ordered and received a case, 32gb microSD card and a stylus. Are there any other "must have" accessories that current owners would recommend? I'm really hoping they'll come out with a USB adapter like the original Transofrmer has as I won't always have my dock with me.

I have the same accessories you do. The USB connector from the original Transformer works with the prime. They won't be making a new one. It has the same proprietary connection. I just got my dock yesterday and my prime feels complete. It is truly amazing with the dock.

Typing on it now! ;)

Just out of curiosity what kind of case and stylus did you get? Will the case fit both the tablet and dock at the same time? Thanks.

I got the moko case off amazon. It's for the tablet only. I have a messenger bag for my 13 inch macbook I plan on using with the dock on.

Sent from my Liquid Smooth Thunderbolt.

I got a 10.1 in HP netbook sleeve at Best Buy yesterday and it is a perfect fit for the Prime w/ dock. It is well padded and just a nice all around fit.

Must haves for me were the dock, neoprene case, back protector, and Micro hdmi. Loving my dock. It just feels complete.

I would like a back protector as well, but don't know where to look. I was thinking skinit, but they don't have the prime available yet. Any ideas? Also, any 10" netbook sleeve will work with the prime and the dock together.

I bought a pink plaid case from Caseen and it came with a free Stylus. I already had a bag that I carried my old Archos in so I put it all in the bag and it has a strap to carry it on my shoulder. I really want a good screen protector easy to put on one that you can't tell it's even on there and I want clear. I would also like a clear skin for the back so maybe a combo pack but I don't know who's good to order from. Oh and I bought a 32 gig class 4 card for 28 bucks.

Kevin, for the back protector have a look to the Zagg website. Not the cheapest stuff, but nice quality thought:

Also, check out best skins ever dot com. I've been using their skins for years on all my phones and laptop. Better prices zagg & easier to apply. The TP skin isn't available yet, but I'm sure a few more emails sent their way will get the ball rolling.

Just had my girlfriend install the Zagg Invisible Shield (they sell them at Best Buy). The camera is slightly off and she had to leave a little bit on one side uncovered to cover the camera. Not sure how something like that got overlooked

Is the screen protector hard to put on? I need a screen protector and I would like a clear skin for the back too but mainly I want one for the screen. I didn't know who had the best and the easiest to put on. I see they list a screen protector and a dry tech screen protector which one is better or what's the difference? Also there is one compatible with the keyboard dock. What if I am undecided and not sure whether I am getting the keyboard dock or not? I would like it somewhere down the line so should I get the the screen protector compatible with the dock?

Skinomi TechSkin™ for Asus Tablets - Skinomi TechSkin™ for Asus Transformer Prime

This site has it all when it comes to protecting the actual Prime. I was able to install the screen protector perfectly, but ended up getting the carbon protector for the back of actual Prime and the keyboard dock. Haven't gotten them yet, but judging by the screen protector, it's high quality merchandise.

Yes. Get the one compatible with the dock. It requirs a wet application, which with patience isn't too hard at all. Just make sure you clean the screen as well as you can first. Search skinomi apply in YouTube for a good instructional video.

Thanks, I have a guy friend who will put it on for me. I just am unsure I really need the dock but may get it not sure. So I wasn't sure if this would still be good even if I end up not getting the dock but I'll get that one just in case.

I know this thread is a little old, but I don't think I want a screen protector on gorilla glass! I had one on my ipad (before I sold it for this bad boy) but that screen was more prone to scratching. With the toughness of GG, I just don't see the need.

I agreee. Don't see the point.

Even though gorilla glass is pretty tough, I bought a protector because with one on I dont get smudges nearly as bad...
