Muted voice from other person.

I have just had a Google Pixel 7 pro and I love the phone.
The thing is say I'm talking to another person, when i talk it's like the other person is muted until i stop, then they come back.
Is this some sort of setting I'm missing.

I find this happens a lot when using speakerphone. Especially if the other person has it switched on.

Bluetooth is turned on but not using it,i can see the good in it being you're not talking over each other.

Cheers for that,i can't find the option to switch from 5g,I'm on EE contract SIM,.
I read that a few people has lost this option,im still on android 13.

Some carrier don't allow you to switch from 5g to say 4 g but I'm referring to Bluetooth turn off ?

Thanks so much for your fast response, I will try turning off Bluetooth on a call.
Also, thanks for the reason when I can't switch from 5g,looks like EE is one of those who won't let you.

Seems ok now, i did try the Bluetooth, and it did make a bit of difference, but it seems better, or I have just got used to it.
