I've just open-sourced Time Tracker, the app that I developed primarily for my own use and released way back in 2010. The app is simple and lightweight (just a few MB), and it has been updated to Material Design 3 with Dynamic Colors.
Time Tracker is available both on Google Play (ad-supported version) and on GitHub (ad-free version), along with the source code.
