My 4G signal looks good (blue bars) but I'm not connecting

The browser and everything else isn't working. I was playing with some wifi issues earlier. As I was saying in an earlier post, I installed Adblocker Plus and changed the proxy host name to localhost and the proxy port to 2020. I didn't like it so I uninstalled ADP and now I can't connect to anything, please help!

Have you tried switching Mobile Data off and on, also switching Airplane Mode on and off?

Yes, toggled airplane mode on and off. BTW I discovered I do have connection because Youtube works and I'm still getting Whatsapp notifications. But my stock browser doesn't work. Rooted, GN running 4.2.2
