My android phone (an LG Vista 2) has been stuck saying" Android is starting, starting apps."

I was on my phone yesterday and I tried to open an app and it said "Unfortunately kik has stopped" then I was just like okay. So I tried to use my camera after and it did the same which at that point led to my phone freezing up and so I tried powering it down and that didn't work. Then I took the battery out and put it back in to try and see if that would do anything. It wouldn't load past the at&t logo, it always freezes at the same spot. I've finally got it to respond and start loading but I'm pretty sure it's getting stuck there too.

Bring it to an AT&T Device Support Center (check for the local location in your AT&T store) and see if they can help you. (Flashing the last update will usually do it.)
