my android phone is not recieving incoming calls

[Android Central Question]

When people call me they get a message saying the number your calling has call restrictions and cannot receive your call. I called the service provider and went thru a number of steps and once i completed the steps they told me i was good to go and i could once again receive calls......NOT as soon as i got off the phone with them i had a couple diff friends try calling and they got that same recording!!! Everything else is working normally...just not able to receive calls
