my androind apps got deleted , some are crashed, automatically.pls give me a solution.

my google supporting apps including playstore got deleted and even i couldnt find my keyboard for typing in my phone(asus zenfone max). i tried of resetting my phone but i need to enter a code which cant be done without keyboard. pls help me in solving the problem.

You'll have to reflash the ROM (and you've lost everything you haven't backed up to somewhere else). Try these links.
