My apps keep freezing

While playing games, my phone keeps freezing after a little bit. I can still press home to get back to the home screen.

This happened with Dungeon Defender and Pollushot. Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Yes, this has happened a few times to me. sometimes i have to reboot.

Yes it has happened to me as well.
I have to go home and then use TaskKiller to end the app and start it again.

A factory reset helped a lot. I played dungeon defenders for an hour without a crash.
