my atrix is completly shutdown please help urgently

okay so ive had my atrix since april and it was working perfectly until a couple of weeks ago it shutdown with 30% left and would not turn on so i went home and plugged it in it showed a green light but screen stayed off affter 2 hours it came on byt 3 days ago the same thing happend but hasent came on ive tried 5 different charger plug-ins and my laptop wont even read that its plugged in Pleas help me with this problem

Did you try charging it on a wall outlet? Charging via usb is basically non existent. It is a very very slow trickle charge, and some ports may not even provide enough power to do that.

If you have tried a wall outlet, maybe take it to a store and see if they can put a different battery in it that has a charge and see if that brings it to life, if it does, get a new battery. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest contacting motorola and seeing what they can do.

taking to the store and trying another battery would be the first thing to do. it looks like the failed battery. Please let us know if it worked or what happens next. good luck!.

Those guys are right. Its either a battery failure or the device is dying..
