My back and menu buttons randomly stop working, how can I fix this?

Back and Menu Buttons Randomly Stop Working

The back and menu buttons on my S6 frequently (read: almost every time I use the phone) stop working once I open and use an app. This has happened while using Kindle, Chrome, and even settings. To get them to start working again I have to restart or power down the phone anywhere from 1-6 times before they start functioning again. Only to repeat the cycle.

Otherwise, I love this phone. Any thoughts?

Call carrier tech support to determine issue and whether you need to exchange it assuming you are still in your window for returns.
