My battery drain 10% in 1 Hour.Is this OK?

I am browsing on my J5 prime(battery 2400mah) for about an hour and it drained from 100-90%.I usually follow the 40-80% rule, but it gave me a battery memory problem so to calibrate it i charge it from 0-100%.Is this percentage of battery draining is fine? And what measures i can do for the battery problem.

10% for an hour of browsing depending on what you are browsing is not far out.

Welcome to Android Central! There are a number of factors. Poor cell signal is a common factor -- how was the cell signal strength when you were browsing? (This can still matter even if you had wi-fi on at the time.)
