My battery isn't charging?

I recently applied a dbrand skin to my N6 and since then my battery hasn't been charging properly - either just stopping charging randomly or not charging at the right speed. I'm concerned that the hairdrying process messed with the internals, but I made sure the phone never got too hot. AVG says the battery is still healthy, so is there anything else that could contribute to this?

You could have overheated one component on the motherboard without seeing a temperature rise for the board itself, of you could have melted a solder connection that disconnected a component. I'm afraid the phone will have to go to a repair shop. (Phones don't get along with water or extreme heat or cold.)
