My battery wont Work right.

My Samsung galaxy S5 is not working right. I plug it in it charges and gets to like 8 percent. Then it drops down to 0 without me even unplugging it. I am guessing the battery is shot. I need some help.
Now it wont charge at all.

Welcome to the forums. I would try other cables and wall plugs just to make sure. If it still happens, then a new battery may be in order.

I have tried different cords didn't work it won't charge at all now.
