My Bionic died

I replaced my original bionic a few weeks ago with a refurbished one from the customer service because of data drops. Then I installed .232 leak and I was enjoying the phone, and today after I tried to check my txt msg on the phone, the screen just went blank and it wouldn't start again. I came home and replaced the battery with the original one ( I have extended) the startup logo came back on for a few seconds, but it died again. It happened about 3 times then it never started again.
I took it to the dealer, and they said it was the phone so they would send me another one by tuesday. I think I can survive without the phone over the weekend, but would they charge anything for the phone to have ICS leak on it? (it's not rooted) If they are going to charge for it, then I would just buy something new.
Did this happen to anybody ???

Im pretty sure a leak voids your warranty the same way it would if you were rooted.

Several folks hereabouts have reported that Verizon doesn't appear to check that sort of thing very closely. In this case, it sounds like it'll be difficult to check it at all. I doubt that the OP has much to worry about.
