I've charged my phone for a long time but it won't charge and not turn on. please tell what to do or help.Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Try a different charging cable/wall plug. If the battery is removable, try a different battery as well. Also, you may have to press and hold Power for about 15-20 seconds to get it to start.
