My blue light filter turns itself on

At about 9 P.M. every day my Galaxy S7 Edge turns the blue light filter on and keeps it on until the next morning. It started when I turned on "Turn on as scheduled". It follows the time I set it to, but keeps turning on despite me having turn the setting down. I have turned off all the blue filter settings and they remain stating that they are off, but the effect still occurs. I can't find anything else about this and it's getting a little annoying. Please help

Likewise. Last f'in update SCREWED this phone up like no other. Why can't they stop making such idiotic changes and
let me decide by downloading an app or something for changes that affect the way I am used to how my phone functions? Or allowing a custom upgrade of software?WTF? Now I'm seriously considering ditching Samsung and AT&T. Thanks for
