Bluetooh Problems in Note 4 requiring battery removal to re-sync

All, I've had my Note 4 for about a month and have had a persistent problem. Every 2 to 4 days my phone loses its bluetooth connection to my car, ear buds, music player, etc. and requires that I turn off the phone, pull out the battery for 30 seconds and then attempt to reconnect with the bluetooth devices which it does without incident. I'm trying to avoid sending the phone off for repair since they say I will be without my phone for a couple of weeks and Samsung won't just replace an obviously defective device. Any thoughts on anything else I should try to resolve the problem. I have the latest releases of everything. Thanks for any assistance you can provide, including how to get Samsung to do the right thing and just replace the device if there is no other way to resolve this issue.

You have to take it back to your carrier for warranty support.
