My Burst mode on the camera is not working, what am I doing wrong ?

I went into my camera and turned on burst mode , but it only takes single shots when holding down shutter button.

Are you on Auto? If I recall correctly, burst mode only works in that camera mode.

yes I am in auto mode, I have rebooted the phone but that does not help Does anybody know how to fix this problem? Thanks

Do you have smart stabilization on? If so, you need to turn it off for burst mode to work. They can't work simultaneously.
