My callers hear ECHO. Samsung A5, what can I do?

My callers hear ECHO. Samsung A5

I just bought a new Samsung Galaxy A5 and I discover that everyone who calls me hear an ECHO of their voice during call. I disable noise reduction and TalkBack, but I still have the problem. What can I do?

It could be the phone, it could be the carrier. Bring it to the carrier for help. (Because if it's their problem, you can't fix it.)
