My camera app on Nokia 8.3 keeps crashing

[Android Central Question]

I just got Nokia 8.3 and was excited to test the camera. However the Camera App keeps crashing. I had to get a third party App and seem to missing out on its true capabilities. Android version is up to date so wondering if anyone else is experiencing it and if there is a fix?

Try clearing its data and force stop , if doesn't work try safe mode.
