My capacitive buttons used to light up?

Great guys and girls,

Since bringing it up, it has started bothering me more. This is a refurb phone (other had a cracked screen) and didn't notice it for 2 weeks, now, that it was mentioned here.....it bothers me.....LOLOLOL


Edit: I pulled the battery like one poster said, and it seemed to work. I tried rebooting (powering off) and then restarting, but that didn't work. Anywho!......looks like it's working for me!

Completely stock. The buttons just no longer light up. This bothers me more than it should.

Mine are only lighting up in extreme low light. I'm pretty sure it's a software issue HOWEVER if you complain to customer relations at VZW I know they'll happily replace.

Restart or a battery pull will make them light up again but only for a few hours. Then its right back to no captive lights.

Ok. Now you've got me. Mine aren't either. WTH. I'm stock too. There was something bothering me about this thing and I couldn't put my finger on it (snicker). That's gotta be it.

Mine are working fine but I have to be in a really dark place.
