My contact icon has been missing for months. I have Galaxy Samsung 5. I also notice that now my recenty phone calls incoming have the name and phone number in my contactys messed up. How can I restore my icon for Contacts. How did they get messed up

App Drawer (the icon that's a box of boxes). Look for Contacts. Long-press it and drag it to the home screen that will show up. Then drag it to the dock if that's where you want it.
