Welcome to Android Central! Does it make any sound when you press and hold the Power button? If so, then the screen has failed, and needs replacement. If absolutely nothing happens, then it could be failure of the battery, the charging port, or the motherboard. You'd need to take it to a repair shop, or send it back to Dell. Is it still under warranty?
