My device has been modified??

Hey guys i got my S4 and im on android 4.3 and when i want to check for updates it says that my device has been modified but it's never been rooted or had a custom ROM or something and i dont have an sd card so theres no point telling me to reove my sd card thanks for your help guys much appreciated.

If you're certain it's never been rooted, had a ROM flashed to it or had a custom recovery flashed to it, bring it to your carrier and ask them to take care of it. (Back up EVERYTHING first - you'll most likely lose all your downloaded apps and all your data.)
