Removed as in the icon isn't there? Or something else. Well I'll post as if you just need the icon back, if this is incorrect post more details and more help will follow... Go into your app drawer, press and hold the phone app until your home screen appears behind it and add it where you'd like. On the page or in your quick selection along the bottom.

I guess I could give one tip outside of this and that would be that if you open your people app you can get to your dialer by swiping to the side. This will also take you to your call log.
