My Droid Turbo Maxx is stuck on a white screen. How can I move past this?

Droid Turbo Maxx Stuck on white screen.

Droid Turbo Maxx Is frozen on white screen. When I turn the screen on and start touching It I can feel It vibrating. I kept tapping the screen and It came back on for 5 seconds then went back to the white screen. It's only a week old I got It from Verizon.
