Droid Turbo - voicemail app is stuck in the final loading site.

cannot reboot and retry the app. Goes to the same step and spins

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about a Verizon app? Is it Visual Voicemail?

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select that app, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.
