my droid X reboots alot

[Retrospect]

I only have the phone for less than a month, it reboots on my a lot recently.
Like this morning I was checking email then it reboots..blah!

it's becoming more annoying now like i'm in a middle of something then it reboots.
Sometimes while i'm surfing the internet quit working too...

Do you have a task killer? Delete it. Did you sync your phone to facebook when you set it up? I've heard both can cause reboot issues. I deleted the task killer and that fixed my rebooting.

Yeah, definetely kill ATK as it causes tons of problems....if you have it..

I don't have a issue with reboots and I have a task killer on my phone. Maybe its because I have only had thee phone for maybe about a week, but so far no issues.

I do know that having my twitter and facebook synced to my phone did really slow it down though, on another Note.

Mine started restarting a few days ago (like 2-3 times a day for 2 days), and I pulled the battery out and put it back in, and it hasn't restarted since. It might be dust or dirt between the battery and the phone. I don't really know if that's the issue but doesn't hurt to try.

Same here, I haven't had one issue due to ATK, I have noticed that mostly all issues people has reported ended up being because of incompatible apps installed not the task killer. Try uninstalling all 3rd party apps or reset device which could be quicker and then slowly reinstall application and I bet you will end up getting a reboot after installing one of the apps... Installing a large amount of apps created by different developers will make you run into a issue or two because of a app not playing well with others.

Me three...ATK for a little over a week and not one reboot. It sounds like something in conjunction with ATK might cause the issue? Aside from ATK I have no other non-stock apps.
I have no clue, just throwing it out there.
