My es swipe won't activate. on desktop. and only on certain apps

When I swipe the bottom left all it does is send my bottom buttons to move to the next screen. I set it to White for and corner fan but I can't get it out. And the white dot doesn't ever appear on the desktop at all.

s swipe work. Just got es file explorer and it was fine for maybe 45min. Then it stopped.

It's there version that comes in es file explorer. The dot will appear when using certain apps like the calendar,
