My Evo likes to send people the same text 10 times

So I have noticed that if I am texting multiple people at the same time and receiving messages from multiple parties my outgoing messages get stuck in some sort of loop. I get a black warning screen saying my message failed over and over again. The little clock appears next to the message as if it hasn't gone through but in actuality the receiving party gets multiple copies. One person got 14 of the same message. I notice it happens when texting Verizon phones the most. Anyone else experience this? if so any fixes?

Only experienced that when I was using a task killer... It would send the text, but for some reason when the text app was reopened it would resend a bunch of texts. If you're using a task killer stop using it. It's 98% useless. If you're not using a task killer than I dunno what else it could be

Not rooted, no task killer, PRL up to date

its network congestion.
If you are recieving a text, you cannot send at the same time, and vice versa.
I have been seeing this ALOT more lately. Didnt see it for the first 2 months or so on Sprint, but now its getting much worse
