My Experience With Sprint So Far

I've been a customer of Sprint's for almost two years now and here are the pros and cons I've noticed so far.

I'll start with the cons...

Their service sucks where I live at! Haven't experienced dropped calls yet but data wise, not good at all.

Now the pros...

I call them up just about every other month to complain about their data and they knock $30 off of my bill.

When I was laid off, they let me ride for almost 4 months with out paying and worked with me on a payment plan to get caught up.

My S3 was stolen a few weeks ago and even though I didn't have insurance, they hooked me up with the Note 4 for only $100 down and $11 a month for 12 months with the lease program..insurance and a UAG case was included in that price.

Now, even though their data service is less than desired in my area. I am very happy with them. I see people complaining about their customer service but I haven't had any issues yet. They've been like gold to me.

If only they'll get that tower down the street from me upgraded. I'd be really happy. They've been working on it for years now.

Just my two cents regarding them. :)
