My First Android Device.. Can't wait!

So I'm obviously new to the forums and new to android to. I started tablets out with the first generation ipad and after a year was bored with it. I found it very limiting in what I could get done, apps are great but can't save you from itunes software lol. Then I grabbed a playbook last year and to be honest have really enjoyed it! I know there are problems with it to but overall for my needs worked much better than ipad. My wife wants a tablet just for minimal tasks so I'm going to give her the playbook and use the nexus.

I already am sold on 7" tablets so that was a no brainer! I just ordered the Nexus 7 from best buy in Canada so will get it a little later than a lot here but still I'm really excited to try it out! I'll let you know what I think when I get it but I really can't see being disappointed with this tablet! Looks very nice!

Im also super excited, this would be my first android tablet. Im mainly an apple user and I appreciate both android and apple.

Same boat as y'all! I have a MacBook Pro, an iPhone 4S, but depending on how much I enjoy my Nexus 7 experience, I may be getting one of the Nexus branded phones!

My 1st true pure Google device....I had the Xoom and thought it was one.......then I got the Galaxy Nexus from Verizon.....but at last I finally will have a pure Google device that is updated by Google. WOOT

Pure Google is the way to go.

I've had (in this order) over the last 3yrs:

Nexus One

Galaxy Nexus
iPhone 4S

Blackberry Curve 9360
Lumia 610


So pretty much 1 tablet and 3 phones every year trying to get a taste of what's out there.
They all have their merits but IMO there's nothing like a Pure Google device and l can't wait to get me an N7 later this month!
Also plan to pick up the Nexus 4 (phone) and possibly an iPhone 5 though might push that back to 2013 (when I'll be getting a BB OS 10 device as well) for monetary reasons, LoL.
