Hello , j have my GS5 for 6 week now, and the screen doesn't work anymore.
Am i the only one to have the experience.
I am with Virgin mobile and they told me it's tree week repairing.
My friend just suffered the same thing last night, he has an otter box on his not sure which one & his screen just became unresponsive. He said he never dropped it either. Sprint is charging him $200 to replace it
Are you sure you haven't accidentally turned it to super dim ?
Drag down if the default screen in set to very very dim then if you turn off the 'auto' boy is it dim... you have to out it under your jumper to read it seriously...
