My Galaxy Note 3 Shows A Padlock with "Custom" On The Start Up Screen
HI, I have a note 3 that I unlocked from At&t, I switched to T-Mobil. I put the new sim card in, then punched in the unlock code and everything worked fine. Almost 24hrs to the minute the phone lost internet and calling, but I still had texting and Wifi then nothing. After 3 calls and a trip to the store, switching the sim card 3 times still nothing.
Since I unlocked the phone, on the start up screen under Galaxy Note 3 it shows a opened pad lock with the word custom under it. The phone does not recognize any sim card. I went ahead and ran a Hard Reset and that did not help.
