my galaxy note 3 stuck at boot screen (Samsung logo)

Hi every one plz help me
my note 3 stuck at Samsung logo i try recovery mode android logo appear with Exclamation mark, when i press home button there is option appears i choose wipe data L factory reset but nothing happened stay on android logo
so plz help me as soon as possible

but when boot only android logo appear no galaxy note 3 and samsung
any advice
