i rooted my tmobile galaxy note 4 about a month ago and i noticied a lot of lag using so i decided to unroot it using super user and reboot to get it all working fine but this happened.

Unroot using super user huh? Can you go into download mode? If so flash the stock rom using odin with your pc. If you choose to go this route then post back saying so and I can give you step by step instructions. (If needed)
