My Galaxy Note 5 has a flashing symbol in the top left corner, how to fix?

[Android Central Question]

My phone randomly flashes this icon in the top left corner, I've tried turning off all of the apps I can think of. I'll put everything not in use to sleep. I'll pull down the menu bar when it happens and the phone visibility app, (which I have turned off) flashes colors.
