my galaxy s3 had update the other day now will not reboot

My galaxy had ipdate now is stick on load up is there a file I can download on my sd card in my sons phone and boot off of it? Please someone help

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official system update pushed to the phone over-the-air? Or did you install it manually?

Ive tried everything in boot options it wont do anything after reboot

If you manually installed it, are you sure you installed the correct ROM for the exact model of your phone? There are many different versions of the S3 (depending on the carrier and region), and if you install the wrong ROM, it can cause problems.

Its a galaxy s3 from sprint walmarts version of it threw straight talk is there any possible way to download a boot file in my sons phone as I do not have a pc atm
