Question My galaxy s3 mini wont go to Android Recovery Mode even if i press volume up, the power button and home button

Welcome to Android Central! Wow, that's a 12 year old phone. The battery has probably died -- you could try finding a replacement, but any replacement battery is likely to be very old and degraded as well. It's also possible the phone's hardware itself has failed. Even if you were able to get it working, it's unlikely to be very useful for modern Android usage.

What the reason you want go into recovery? I do agree with B. Diddy suggestion

the thing is i rooted the phone, and nothing is showing up, i have things on that phone like talking games

Unfortunately seems to be hardware issue like mentioned it's too old for us to determine this , can try your luck at XDA forums not sure how much help your going get there.
