My Galaxy S3 wont turn on, why?

I've tried changing the battery, using it on the charger, hard reset, but the screen will not respond. Do I have to replace the screen or is there anything I can possibly do for this?

Welcome to Android Central! When you try to turn it on, does it vibrate or make other typical boot-up noises? If so, then you need to replace the screen. If nothing happens, then it might be a faulty Power switch, a faulty charging port, or a faulty motherboard.

What do you mean hard reset? Can you enter the recovery mode?
