Hey, My galaxy s4(SGH-M919) constantly turns off. I have no idea how to fix it and I have no idea what's causing the problem. I understand that numerous people have the same problem, but I know there's always a solution to a problem. I restarted my phone and I also did a hard reset and it didn't solve the problem and I also turn of wifi power save mode by dialing *#0011# that also couldn't solve the problem. PLEASE! ANYONE HELP!!

Welcome to Android Central! Try wiping the cache partition: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744.

If that doesn't help, see if the problem persists in Safe Mode (steps at the bottom of that link). If it does, then there's either a problem with the firmware or the hardware. The one thing you could try in that situation would be to reflash the stock firmware via Odin: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html. Find the proper firmware here: Firmwares - SamMobile
