My Galaxy s4 will only charge in my laptop after water damage, how can I get it to charge with the charger?

My Galaxy s4 will only charge in my laptop after water damage

Hi, I dropped my phone in some water about a week ago......it was working fine until i had to charge it so i left it in a bowl of rice trying it all week with no luck. Then yesterday I plugged it into my laptop and it charged. after about 8% it stopped so tried my charger and it worked. Then in the evening tried my charger again and it just vibrated every few minutes so tried my laptop again and its charging. I've tried my partners charger which works in his phone but neither work in the phone. Any ideas????
