my galaxy s4's screen is this weird green and i cant see anything and other weird stuff is happening

my phones screen randomly turned green and it looks just like this

but..... also my phone is heating up a lot, as a matter of fact the screen protector started to melt and! my led light on my phone is fading from pink to blue sometimes green and sometimes red!?!?! can someone please help me out here

Welcome to Android Central! The phone is clearly failing. If it was only the overheating, I'd suggest trying a new battery, but the screen problem indicates more widespread issues. Either take the phone to a repair shop or look into getting a replacement.
