My galaxy S6 doesn't recognize my fingerprints and asking for backup password

the backup password is also not working and also the email .... is there any error ..

Using your Google Account should unlock the device. You can also try logging into your Google Account via a PC and using Android Device Manager to reset the password. If that doesn't work try removing the 2-step authentication (if you have it) and try your Google account again on your phone.

How about just learn how to do it right mine work every time . You folks come on here like every issue is the phones , fault
