my galaxy s6 is saving all email address as a contact, how I stop that from happening?

I use Gmail and every single person that send me an email is save automatically as a contact.

Welcome to Android Central! Are they actually saving as a contact entry within the Contacts app? Or is the phone just remembering the email address, and it shows up as a suggestion when you start entering an email address in the Send To field?

I have the same problem, however it is on my android (lollipop) device....
